Submission Guidelines for Extended Abstracts
Extended abstracts must not exceed 3 pages, inclusive of all figures, tables, acknowledgement, and references. To ensure high-quality reproduction, all graphical elements (figures and tables) must adhere to a maximum dimension of 160 mm (width) × 200 mm (height). Furthermore, images must be provided at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI in .jpg, .png, or .tiff format.
Figures and tables should be positioned according to the specific “figure blocks” indicated within the template. Please adhere to the following submission protocol:
- Do not embed images directly into the manuscript file.
- All figures and tables must be submitted as separate files.
- The abstract manuscript and all associated image files must be compressed into a single .zip archive for submission.
Editorial Policy Please be advised that extended abstracts will not undergo a formal peer-review process. Consequently, the authors are responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and overall quality of the submitted content.
